Dianne Davis brings over 17 years of commercial lending experience to the Prudential Serls Prime Properties Commercial Group sales team. As Vice President of Commercial Lending for two of the area’s top banks, she cultivated, directed and managed commercial relationships with area business leaders for the financing and growth of their businesses. Her expertise includes business development, financial analysis, and coordinating a successful, mutually satisfying business deal between two or more parties.
A native of Poughkeepsie, Dianne is a graduate of Dutchess Community College and Marist College with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Dianne has also served her community as a past board member of the Poughkeepsie Area Chamber of Commerce and Hospice, as well as a volunteer for the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association and the United Way of Dutchess County. She resides in the Town of Poughkeepsie with her husband and their two sons.
