Rob brings a broad based and disciplined approach to the real estate marketplace with his strong experience and educational back ground. He has earned a PE license in 2005 and has been actively working on numerous real estate projects. His ability to focus on the details and issues surrounding land use, site approvals and properly valuations make Rob uniquely qualified as a real estate professional. He started his career with TRC Raymond Keyes Associates in 1999 and moved on to Povall Engineering where he worked for the next 6 years. He ultimately opened his own engineering firm, Landmark Engineering PLLC, in 2005.
Over the course of years as a practicing engineer, Rob ultimately made a decision to apply his extensive engineering background as an entrepreneur and became actively involved in the family real estate business. Rob was instrumental in the approval process for numerous large real estate subdivision projects working with Toll Brothers and other large developers to bring project to fruition.
This background gives Rob a distinct advantage in the Real Estate arena as he knows how to get the job done and how to create value through development and property repositioning.
More recently Rob has joined the Prudential Serls Commercial Group and is applying his broad and deep real estate knowledge towards the transactional side of the business as a commercial real estate broker. He was immediately successful due to his background and acumen for the real estate business.

Rob is a graduate of State University of New York Buffalo with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering. He lives with his wife, Alison, in Wappinger Falls enjoying skiing, hiking, tennis and other outdoor activities.
