Mark had been in insurance and investment sales for 24 years. During this period, he held a Life and Health License, a Securities License (Series 7) and a Series 63 License (Blue Sky) where he marketed financial solutions to meet the objectives of corporations, non-profit institutions and high net-worth individuals.
In 2006, Mark entered the commercial real estate market and is presently assisting in the financial analysis of investment properties for both the active and passive investor. Mark is also expanding his knowledge in the appraising process for a wide variety of commercial types of properties.
Mark’s strong financial background lends itself quite naturally into the areas of: commercial real estate marketing, sales and valuations.
Mark obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from American University and has participated in numerous continuing education programs, chosen many times as a panel discussion participant and “Sales Leader” speaker to new members of the Westchester Association of Financial and Insurance Advisors (WAIFA), where he served as Membership Chairman, as well as Fundraising Chairman.
Past Charitable activities include: Board Member of WAIFA, Board Member of the Rye YMCA, Fundraising activities for: Habitat for Humanity, Golf Outings such as: Special Olympics, Blythdale Children’s Hospital, United Hospital and Rye YMCA. Lead sponsor in conjunction with John Hancock for the Rye Derby as well as fundraiser co-director for several golf and running races.
His many contacts make him a natural conduit for expanding Prudential Serls commercial activities into Westchester County. Mark lives in Rye, New York where he was raised.
