Carolynn began her real estate career in 1980. Her interest and expertise evolved into commercial real estate in 1984 when Carolynn became associated with a national real estate investment company working out of an office in Dallas, Texas. While working in Dallas, Carolynn participated in the marketing and sale of portfolio assets during which she participated in the structuring of various types of financing packages.
Carolynn's experience in commercial real estate includes office and retail leasing, development and ownership of income-producing properties, sales and refurbishing of industrial and manufacturing buildings.
Carolynn serves all of Dutchess County with special emphasis in the northern Dutchess towns of Rhinebeck and Red Hook. In addition, Carolynn is active in Kingston and southern Columbia County.
Carolynn also has professional training in interior design that she uses when working with clients on the efficient use of layout of office space.
